Return & Refund Policy
At ÉliteCase ID we offer high-quality, custom-made phone cases. Since all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, or color, or simply changed your mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer a free replacement or refund. To qualify:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide a clear photo showing the issue.
If multiple items are affected by the same design issue, please include a photo (or video) showing all affected products together.
Please note:
We are not responsible for incorrect size or color choices made by the customer.
Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5" for DTG products) are not considered defects.
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, you may opt for a reprint at an additional cost or a partial refund.
